Work directly with workers to build strong workplace organisation, grow CAIWU’s membership and support members to organise collectively around the issues that affect their working lives.
Share your knowledge and skills with CAIWU members by leading practical workshops on workplace rights or helping facilitate our monthly language exchanges.
We are looking for people interested in photography, videography, graphic design and social media to help document collective action, events and solidarity campaigns, and amplify workers’ voices.
Volunteers undertake a range of tasks, from accompanying members to grievance and disciplinary meetings to drafting statements of case/witness statements to attending Employment Tribunals.
